STEP 1: CALL US
After you’ve assured everyone in the vehicle is okay, the authorities have been contacted, and you’ve been in contact with your insurance company, give us a call at (904) 264-2442. We will answer any questions you have and can help in scheduling the drop-off of your vehicle.
STEP 2: WE ASSESS DAMAGE & TALK TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY
Once the vehicle is in our shop, we’ll do a thorough inspection of the vehicle, being sure to check the areas affected by the accident as well as those that weren’t. We’ll document every scratch, ding, and dent; draw up an estimate; and walk you through each of the recommended repairs, step by step.
If there are areas of the vehicle that could use repair, but weren’t a result of the accident, we’ll document and quote those separately and discuss the ways in which your insurance can cover the repairs.
STEP 3: REPAIR
During the repair process, our expert ASE certified professionals work to restore your vehicle to its factory finish. Exclusively using Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts reflect Garber Collision Center’s core values, encompassing quality, safety, and protecting the value of your investment. To finish the repair process, we’ll wash and vacuum your vehicle free of charge, and provide a written lifetime warranty on all repairs.
STEP 4: Pick up
And, for the moment you’ve been anxiously awaiting. We’ll give you a call when your vehicle is ready for pickup. By this point, we’ll have coordinated with your insurance company, repaired and detailed your vehicle, and ensured the repairs are to your satisfaction while walking you through our written lifetime warranty. All that’s left for you to do is drive off into the gorgeous Florida sunset.
